Can I modify or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so you must submit any modification or cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will be declined. However, once your order arrives, it can be returned for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Processing times may take longer during holidays and sales seasons. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and will be shipped within 1-3 business days after processing. Please note that shipments are not made on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
Prices listed on our website are in USD and do not include taxes, meaning you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import duties, customs fees, and related charges are determined by your local customs office once your order reaches its destination. These fees are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
